On the latest Horowhenua District Council meeting agenda (19 July 2023) there is an ‘update’ on the study into beach access for vehicles as at 12 July 2023 (Page 140). The screenshot above shows no change from last time, so presumably Boffa Miskell are still consulting with iwi.
These wheels are grinding very slow indeed.
